We stayed here during my daughter's college graduation, and while our room was okay, my brother's room was a complete nightmare. The cleanliness in our room could have been better, and the amenities did not meet our expectations. However, the family-run aspect of the place offered some charm, but the overall value for what we paid felt lacking.

The overall experience at this hotel was frustrating. The rooms had cleanliness issues and the condition varied significantly. I faced a rude employee when checking in, making the stay less enjoyable. While the value for money was questionable, my personal experience with management was positive as they did apologize for the mishaps, showing some level of care.

The hotel experience was quite mixed. While my room was acceptable, my family's room was in ghastly condition. The issues with cleanliness and maintenance were frustrating, but the pet-friendly policy was a plus for us. Considering the price, it felt like we didn't get good value for money, especially with the problems encountered.
